If you would prefer to shop online, but collect in-store, please come in with proof of purchase and ID and your item(s) will be ready and waiting.
Please allow 72 hours before coming to collect your order, if possible contact us beforehand to confirm it is ready.
If an item is out of stock, contact us for availability details. Some items are unique. Please contact us for current stock.

Goods can only be exchanged or credit notes issued within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be shown.
Refunds are only available on genuinely faulty goods. Bespoke goods can never be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
We only accept returns on items damaged on arrival. Whilst every effort has been made to convey colours as accurately as possible, some variations may occur. Many of our items are hand made and may therefore vary from the image shown. We are happy to answer any queries before orders are placed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in store, via mail order, or online. For online orders the voucher can only be used in full and in one transaction.
